WASHINGTON – Congressman John Shimkus (R, Illinois-15) today announced a USDA Rural Development Grant of $682,800 to help complete construction of a water treatment plant in Wayne City.
Once finished, the plant will provide safe and potable water to 663 users in Wayne County.
